Refund policy

All ticket sales for TWINFYRE events are final unless otherwise stated.

Ticket Sales
Tickets are valid only for the event and admission type purchased. Guests must be 21 years or older for FIRST FYRE and may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at entry.

Refunds
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued if TWINFYRE cancels an event and does not reschedule it.

Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date. TWINFYRE will communicate any additional options available to ticket holders.

Entry
Purchasing a ticket does not waive venue rules, age requirements, security procedures, or applicable laws. Guests who cannot meet entry requirements may be denied admission.

Ticket Transfers
If ticket transfers are permitted for a particular event, instructions will be provided by TWINFYRE. Tickets may not be duplicated or used for admission more than once.
